7 ONE PIECE CHARACTERS WHO CAN ANNIHILATE CROSS GUILD

Cross Guild is one of the most formidable organizations in One Piece, wielding immense military power and political influence. This group, founded by the cunning Crocodile and the mighty Dracule Mihawk, is officially led by Buggy the Clown due to a humorous clerical error. Although Cross Guild operates as a small yet powerful army capable of wiping out most pirate crews, a select few One Piece characters possess the power to completely obliterate this organization.

These characters who can destroy Cross Guild are mostly Yonko-level pirates, but a few high-ranking Marines are also capable of doing the job. Even though Celestial Dragons are typically weak, a certain elder among them could single-handedly dismantle Cross Guild. These formidable individuals wield immense Haki and, in many cases, slightly overpowered Devil Fruits, making them forces to be reckoned with.

7. Garp

Garp, the legendary Marine Vice Admiral, has turned down the Admiral position multiple times, preferring the freedom his current rank provides. As one of Gol D. Roger's greatest rivals and a man respected by Whitebeard, Garp remains a powerful figure despite his old age. He can still hurl cannonballs with his bare hands and injure Yonko Commanders like Marco with a single punch.

During the Egghead Arc, Garp led a daring rescue mission on Pirate Island, destroying a significant portion of the city with his devastating Galaxy Impact attack. This attack alone could flatten Cross Guild and most of its members. In a one-on-one fight, Garp’s advanced Armament and Conqueror's Haki would likely enable him to defeat both Crocodile and Mihawk.

6. Enel

Enel, the primary antagonist of the Skypiea Arc, possesses the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, a Logia considered nearly invincible. This Devil Fruit grants him control over lightning, allowing him to move at lightning speed and phase through most attacks. Enel's Observation Haki is enhanced by his Devil Fruit, enabling him to predict his opponents' moves.

With a maximum output of approximately 200,000,000 volts, Enel can obliterate an entire island, meaning he could wipe out Cross Guild in one strike. Crocodile’s sand body would likely turn to glass upon contact with Enel’s lightning. Although Mihawk could potentially harm Enel if he can keep up with his lightning speed, even he might not survive a direct hit from a 200,000,000-volt lightning strike.

5. Shanks

Shanks, the captain of the Red Hair Pirates and the longest-reigning Yonko, is one of the strongest Haki users in history. Despite not possessing a Devil Fruit, he can wield all three types of Haki and their advanced applications. Shanks once matched Whitebeard's Haki with one arm and defeated Eustass Kid and Killer with a single Haki-infused slash. His advanced Conqueror's Haki can even nullify the Observation Haki of others.

Though Shanks has a soft spot for Buggy due to their shared past, the rest of Cross Guild would not be so lucky. Shanks could knock out most members with his Haki and cut through Devil Fruit users with his Haki-imbued blade. While Mihawk is arguably the more skilled swordsman, Shanks’ overall power and ability to nullify Mihawk’s Observation Haki give him the edge.

4. Kuzan

Kuzan, a former Marine Admiral trained by Vice Admiral Garp, now serves as one of Blackbeard's Ten Titanic Captains. His power likely surpasses that of the other nine captains combined. Kuzan’s Chill-Chill Fruit, a Logia Devil Fruit, grants him complete control over ice.

Kuzan has frozen most of the Big Mom Pirates when he and Van Augur kidnapped Pudding. He even froze Charlotte Cracker, a powerful Sweet Commander, solid. Kuzan can effortlessly freeze every member of Cross Guild, rendering them helpless.

3. Luffy

Luffy has already bested both Crocodile and Buggy in the past, and although they no longer harbor animosity towards him, they would not hesitate to use Cross Guild’s resources to target the Straw Hats for the right price. Fortunately, Luffy can decimate Cross Guild single-handedly. He wields all types of advanced Haki and possesses the power of the Human-Human Fruit, Model: Nika, a Mythical Zoan that grants his body rubber-like properties.

Luffy could crush most of Cross Guild's forces using Gear 2 and Gear 3. Since he defeated Crocodile before mastering Haki, Luffy could now do so with ease. Normally, Mihawk would slice through Luffy’s rubber body, but Gear 5 changes that dynamic. In this form, Luffy can manipulate the properties of everything around him, turning Mihawk’s swords into foam toys. His Gum-Gum Bajrang Gun attack, the size of Onigashima, could crush Mihawk outright.

2. Kaido

Kaido, the Governor General of the Beast Pirates, remains the world’s strongest creature. His nearly indestructible body is further fortified by advanced Armament and Conqueror’s Haki. Kaido’s Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit allows him to transform into a massive azure dragon and a hybrid form.

Kaido could tear through Cross Guild’s members in his base form alone, and his hybrid form would devastate most Devil Fruit users. His Blast Breath can incinerate small mountains, making it more than capable of wiping out Cross Guild’s forces. Crocodile’s Logia is no match for Kaido’s Haki and elemental attacks, and Kaido’s Conqueror’s Haki surpasses Mihawk’s Armament Haki.

1. Saint V. Nusjuro

The Five Elders are the highest-ranking Celestial Dragons, and Saint Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro, the Warrior God of Finance, stands among them. Like his fellow Elders, V. Nusjuro possesses immense Haki and appears to be an awakened Mythical Zoan user. When in beast form, he transforms into a colossal skeletal horse, and his hybrid form resembles a semi-skeletal centaur.

Nusjuro’s power was on full display at Egghead, where he swiftly defeated all the Mark III Pacifista units, wiping out the entire army in under five minutes. His katana, imbued with potent Armament Haki, delivers slashes with a freezing effect, easily cutting through Cross Guild’s members. V. Nusjuro can counter Crocodile’s Logia abilities, and his slashes are on par with Mihawk’s. Neither Crocodile nor Mihawk could harm V. Nusjuro, as his injuries heal rapidly.
