As announced, Anime Devta will officially close operations on 19th June 2025. In light of this, we have updated our shipping and return policies:

🛍️ Order & Shipping Policy

All orders placed before or after 19th June will continue to be shipped only once a week, due to low manpower.

Please note that shipping delays are expected due to limited operations. We appreciate your patience and support 

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We will not be accepting any returns, refunds, or product exchanges going forward, with the following limited exceptions:

In the event of damaged or lost items during transit, we will provide:

An exchange only if the same product and same size is available.

If not available, we will issue a credit note of the product value.

Exchanges will not be made for size issues or customer preference.

No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

📦 Important Conditions for Exceptions

Unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage or missing items.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery (as per tracking info).

If an exchange is issued, shipping is to be arranged by the customer.
