Return, Refund & Exhange Policy

For India

Anime Devta provides the option for exchange or gift card issuance exclusively. We do not facilitate payment reimbursements. Exchange will be accepted up to 7 days following the delivery of your order. To qualify for a exchange, your item must be in an identical state to when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging complete with the label and tag.

For any issues related to damaged product, or false delivery claimed by courier, the customer must inform us within 48hours of delivery date as mentioned on the tracking link we can raise the issue to the courier partner. We won't be able to help with the issue if the timeline of 48hours is exceeded.

For damaged product unboxing video is mandatory.

Only clothing items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and joggers etc) are applicable for exchanges. Gift cards will be provided if the new size needed for exchange is not available. Gift cards are only shared when an exchange is not available for any clothing items. Gift cards cannot be issued for any items that are not clothing. 

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO SIGNIFICANT REQUIREMENTS

  • Expired Gift Cards cannot be used, and the funds from expired cards will not be reimbursed or credited.
  • This Gift Card is valid for 30 days.
  • Items must be unused and have all tags attached.
  • The packaging must include the original invoice, packaging materials, and tags.
  • The product should be free of scratches or deformities.
  • In cases of damaged, incorrect, or missing products received by the customer then unboxing video is mandatory.
  • Exchange items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • You can exchange your purchase for a product of equal or greater value.
  • In the event that a product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, it can be substituted with a gift card exclusively.
  • All our products come in standard sizes, which are specified in the product descriptions and FAQ sections on our website.
  • As a small startup, we do not offer reverse pick-up service, the customer must use a local courier service for the exchange if there is any size issues. In such instances, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges. 
  • But in the case of exchange of damaged/wrong product Anime Devta will cover the shipping charges (up to 99Rs) of the local courier service used. (The receipt should be e-mailed to us)
  • All products are delivered within the mentioned timeline, but in case of festival season or unexpected issues such as lost,damaged,destroyed etc. shipment on the way, the orders can be delayed, for which Anime Devta will not be responsible.
  • The average delivery timings are not valid for PRE-ORDERS or Limited Edition drops. Each PRE-ORDER or Limited Edition drops have different delivery and dispatch timings, mentioned in their description. Once ordered, it cannot be refunded, due to limited quantity and availability . 

How to use Anime Devta Gift Card

  • Anime Devta gift card can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
  • On the checkout page, you have to apply the code received on your email id
  • The code will applied and the amount will deducted from the payable amount.
  • The validity of the gift card is 30 days.
  • For any issues in using the gift card code, you can contact our customer service team via call . Between 10 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Saturday)

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGING ORDER

To ensure our cherished customers have a hassle-free exchange experience, we've outlined the steps and guidelines below for exchanging products purchased from our website:

  •  As mentioned above, you can raise the exchange request on mail once the order has been delivered.
    You will be required to ship the product via India post/any other local courier to the following address. Please include a slip with the new size which you want and you order id mentioned in it.

    Once the tshirt/product reaches us, we will verify the claim and send a new piece to you.

  • After the exchange process is initiated, it will take 7-8 days for your order to reach our warehouse. Following that, an exchange or gift card will be issued within the next 24 hours, as per your request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For PREPAID orders, once the order has been placed it cannot be refunded/cancelled. If the order has not been shipped and we are notified via call/email within 24hours, we will be able to provide a credit note of the same value or exchange it with other products. If the order has been shipped, then it cannot be stopped. 
Please make sure to prioritize call on the customer support number for any cancellations, over mailing, as mail takes up to 24-48 hours to revert. Once the order has been shipped before we revert via mail, we will be unable to stop it.

In case the order is shipped, and the customer is unable to accept the shipment due to being out of station/not at the provided address or any other reason, then we will reship the shipment once again, without charging anything extra once having a conversation with the customer over mail/call/social media. If the customer again cannot accept the parcel due to their unavailability, then we will only be able to provide the credit note of the order value to them.

Similarly, cash on delivery orders can only be cancelled if it's not shipped.

 

For Outside India

Everything same as above except that we ship all our products from India, and unfortunately, due to the impracticality of reverse shipping, we are unable to offer return and refunds options for items. Likewise, we cannot provide replacements for sizing errors for the same logistical reasons. The cancellation policy is also the same as with India, except that for reshipping the parcels internationally won't be possible due to high logistical expenses.
