Return & Refund Policy

Only clothing items (t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and joggers) are applicable for exchanges.

In order to process an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

 

 

We don't accept any returns/refunds. We can still exchange the product if its damaged or if there is an issue in size, the items must be received in new, unused condition.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

 

 

1. We offer easy exchanges on all orders. To exchange an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.  Please contact us with your order id and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. 

2. For clothing orders, only size can be changed, colours cannot be changed (as mentioned in the product's description).

3. If there is a size issue, just drop the text on whatsapp 9414215065 with your order id and product images .

4. In case of any damage or missing item, you will need to contact us within 48 hrs of delivery or no support will be provided from the support team after that.

 

5. For size exchanges, the DEVTA will have to ship the parcel to us via Indiapost. Once we receive it, we will ship the parcel with new size to you .

 

6. For damage products, the DEVTA will have to ship the parcel to us via Indiapost. Once we receive it, we will ship the new parcel to you. We will cover the shipping expenses of India post for damaged products.

 

7. In case the order has been damaged but it has been used, it cannot be exchanged. Like 

1. The poster once it has been sticked,

2. The clothing once it has been washed

3. The katana once it has been assembled

4. Stickers, phone skins, which have been used.

5. etc.

 

REFUNDS 

Only paid orders that have not been shipped are applicable for refunds, once the order has been shipped it cannot be stopped & refunded.

If the order has been damaged while receiving it can be changed with a new product free of charge or credit note of the order amount will be provided to the customer with no expiry date (if the product is out of stock)

INVALID REASONS

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Anime Devta®. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

CANCELLATIONS 

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.

All the orders are mostly shipped within 24-48 working hours of placing the order.
