  1. PadCare

Led by Ajinkya Dhariya, PadCare Labs Pvt. Ltd. has developed an innovative solution for managing menstrual hygiene. PadCare's approach completes the menstrual hygiene cycle by transforming used pads into harmless, recyclable materials. Their 3-S model—Segregation, Collection, Processing, and Recycle—ensures responsible menstrual waste management. PadCare's technology has garnered global recognition and awards from organizations like the Toilet Board Coalition, Forbes India, and FICCI. Peyush Bansal, founder of LensKart, was so impressed by PadCare that he offered Ajinkya Dhariya a blank check. Eventually, Ajinkya accepted a joint investment of INR 1 crore for a 4 percent ownership stake from Peyush Bansal, Namita Thapar, Vineeta Singh, and Anupam Mittal.

NeoMotion, co-founded by Swostik Sourav Dash and associated with IIT Madras, focuses on creating game-changing products for the elderly and physically disabled. Their products, NeoFly and NeoBolt, are revolutionary. NeoFly is a personalized wheelchair designed for health, energy efficiency, portability, and style. NeoBolt, an add-on for NeoFly, transforms it into a secure, roadworthy vehicle, enabling wheelchair users to enjoy life, pursue education, and work. NeoMotion was valued at INR 100 crores when Peyush Bansal invested INR 1 crore for a 1% stake in the company.

Co-founders Jayesh Tope, Pushkaraj Salunke, and Pritesh Mahajan introduced the Revamp Moto Mitr electric vehicle, India's first with a modular utility platform. Their presentation on Shark Tank India captivated investors with the concept of a customizable electric vehicle. The sharks offered INR 1 crore for a 1% equity stake, seeking guidance and support to enhance the brand. The investment began with Aman Gupta of Boat, who offered INR 1 crore for a 3 percent equity share. Ashneer Grover of BharatPe countered with INR 1.2 crore for a 2.5 percent stake. Gupta then teamed up with Anupam Mittal of People Group, offering INR 1 crore for a 2 percent stake. The final agreement was reached at INR 1 crore for a 1.5 percent equity share.

Yarn Bazaar secured a significant deal, receiving INR 1 crore from Peyush Bansal, Ashneer Grover, Anupam Mittal, and Aman Gupta.

Team Altor, composed of recent college graduates, introduced a unique and impactful product: smart helmets. Inspired by a tragic incident involving a friend, the smart helmet is equipped with GPS and integrates with Google Maps. When connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth, it can notify the family in case of an accident. This innovative product impressed the investors, leading Namita Thapar from Emcure Pharma and Aman Gupta to invest INR 5 million for a 7 percent equity stake in the venture. This partnership marks a significant step forward for the young and creative minds behind the smart helmet.
